Basic Group Strength Training

Everyone has to start somewhere! Here you will learn the basics and proper techniques to a strength training workout class. This class is a great place to start or if you're just interested in improving mobility and your strength for everyday movement.

Train With the Trainer

As you move through a basic strength training class, and as you feel ready as well as your trainer, you will move to exercises that are a bit more challenging. You will find out different ways to make each exercise more challenging and will guide you to your next fitness level as well as your next fitness goal

Semi-Private- Strength Training   In this class you will learn the basics and proper techniques to a Semi- Private Strength Training class. This class is a great class for you and 3 other people! A combination of resistance training, flexibility, and cardio training with a Personal TrainerTues.6:45 p.m.- 7:45 p.m.Thurs.6:45 p.m.- 7:45 p.m.

Virtual Strength Training

This Virtual Strength Package is a combination of resistance training, flexibility, and cardio training with the view from your own home.

This package includes a free 1 hr consult with the trainer.

Personal Training

Our personal Training Program is geared towards a one on one bases . The program is individualized to your personal health and fitness goals. This is a great way to get started on your fitness Journey! Choose 1 of 3 options to begin your fitness Journey. This package includes a free 1 hr consult with the trainer.

Program Design

This package includes an individualized program designed specifically for you and your fitness goals. You will work on the program as you see fit, at the comfort of your own home or the luxury of the gym.

This package also includes a 1hr consult with Miranda which includes going through the program and a run through of the different exercises.
